Chelsea Cash Program

Chelsea Cash is a gift certificate program offered through the Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce and local merchants. You choose the amount of the gift certificate, and the recipient can redeem their gift for goods and services at businesses and organizations in the Chelsea area.
